Using a pail of herbal warm water with herbs and a towel to scrub body and pain area is very beneficial for health.

Use the "good morning towel" scrub the body with this warm wet towel and compress on neck shoulders and stomach and knee cap. If u want can add 10 drops rice bran oil this will end up having smooth skin.
