Detox and Cooling herbal tea

Acne pimples, can be caused by ur diet, ur sleep quality and stress. The tea helps de but if is diet and sleep I cant help.
Using Pearl clay mask and also using lavendula water on cotton,dab face 3 mins is good.

Tang Dynasty <皇妃消暑饮>Ingredients:
- > Half cup of green beans
- > 15 - 20 Chrysanthemum flower
- > Linden flower honey.
Method :A) Boil half cup green bean in 2 litres of water till the beans crack. (You can also estimate the amount of water. Off fire.B) Strain away the green beans. We only need green bean water.
C) Add 30 chrysanthemum flowers into the pot of hot green bean water. Seep for 15mins.
D) Pour into a cup, add linden flower honey to taste.

Reduce headaches, body heat, acne, pimples and tired eyes. You need to drink this for this kind of weather.

if add honey into the HOT green bean water, won't it destroy the honey enzymes?

Can diabetes take honey
By the time the chrysanthemun steeps for 15mins, it won't be too hot. Honey enzymes will only be destroy if you add in boiling water.
Diabetes can take honey but only pure honey. If you put your honey outside and there are ants around your honey, it means your honey is not pure and they are likely to contain sugar which diabete can't take.So pls be careful when choosing honey.
What is steep? May I know how to do it?
Pour boiling water over chrysanthemum flowers and leave it for 10 mins. This is call seep
